
How to Measure at Home

Measurement Definitions:
A. Total Height: Measure from the top of your head to the floor, standing straight without shoes.
B. Head Circumference: Measure around the widest part of your head, just above your eyebrows and ears.
C. Overbust Circumference: Measure around your chest, above the bust, right under your armpits.
D. Bust Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor.
E. Underbust Circumference: Measure directly under your bust, around your ribcage.

Waist Circumference (Flexed): Measure around your waist while slightly sucking in your stomach, at your natural waistline.

Waist Circumference (Relaxed): Measure around your waist without flexing or sucking in, at your natural waistline.

Waist Circumference (Sitting): Measure your waist while sitting, to account for how the body changes in this position.
G. High Hip Circumference: Measure around the top of your hips, about where your pelvic bone is.
H. Hip Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level.
I. Thigh Circumference: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh, usually a few inches below the hip joint.
J.Waist to Floor: Measure from your natural waist to the floor, standing straight without shoes.
K. Neck Circumference: Measure around the base of your neck where a shirt collar would sit.
L. Bicep Circumference: Measure around the widest part of your upper arm, between the shoulder and elbow.
M. Crotch Depth: Measure from your front waist, between your legs, to your back waist, sitting on a flat surface for accuracy.
