The journey of my professional career commenced in 2018 when Karen Craig, the esteemed co-founder of Marchesa, discovered my fashion illustrations on Instagram. As if ignited by a spark of destiny, my art found its way into the hearts of two million devoted followers, fueling a daring idea - to reach out to them for an internship opportunity.
In the summer haze of New York City, I immersed myself in the captivating realm of textile design. A world of possibilities unfurled, as I realized the true potential of textile craftsmanship. With three memorable summers etched in my heart, I returned year after year, forging an unbreakable bond with the world of design.
The cosmic symphony of my journey led me to Christian Dior, where I embraced the role of an embroidery technician. Amidst a tapestry of luxury and artistry, I mastered the art of using special machinery to embroider for fashion icons such as Anna Wintour, Kris Jenner, and Lori Harvey.
Today, a new chapter unfolds as I embark on an entrepreneurial endeavor – Dominique Alyse Studios, a haven of creativity and excellence. Specializing in surface design, we extend a guiding hand to fellow designers, empowering them to weave their visions into reality.
